Why we created LTM

What is it about LTM that makes us different? We will answer this question by sharing the problem that most talented artists have and how we solve it (and take it to the next level).

High end tattoo artists want to focus on art and tattooing, that’s the one thing you do special that no one else can do. 

There is not enough time in the day to manage many client inquiries and to be responsible for following up with them. It is a very time consuming job. It is difficult for artists to give clients a personal experience when artists can only respond when they put down the needle. There needs to be someone responding fast and attentively in clear English or Spanish to show clients you care about their project. Sending them to an automated booking system is insufficient and eliminates the personal experience – clients have many questions or concerns and want answers from an expert. Otherwise, they will find another artist.

SESSIONS BOOKED

Our goal at LTM is to take the client experience to the next level and convert more leads, putting money in your pocket sooner. We are experts at it and have been doing it with artists for years. All it takes is a little trust in us.

We started LTM to drive a more efficient communication process for the best artists. Our goal is to take the responsibility of client communication off the artist’s hands. 

We will discuss all details of the client’s project to ultimately convert the lead into a client faster (and get you deposits faster). We accomplish this by responding fast, showing personal interest in their ideas by calling them on the phone, and driving urgency to get you deposits faster while still ensuring it’s a good project for the artist. This elevates the client experience.

After we have ALL the details from the client (design, availability, budget) and we qualify that it is a good opportunity for you, the artist, we will send all the client information to you to make the decision to book the client, or not, and you will advise us how many sessions it will take (or hours). At the end of the day your input is the most important part, but we will do all the work to speak with the inquiries so you don’t have to.

After booking, we will communicate all pre-session information so they know where to go for the session and how to prepare so they show up ready. Once again, saving you time and showing the client that they are important.

In addition, we will fully manage your calendar from beginning to end to make sure it is organized and you are prepared for your sessions. We want to take the administrative work off your hands so you can focus on art.

We created LTM to be a team that represents the best artists, and to increase business for our clients. As a team, we attend conferences together and assist with any guest artist or travel needs.
